Established over 13 years ago on St Georges Terrace, Liberty Flexible Workspaces is locally owned and operates over 8000sqm in 6 locations across the CBD, West Perth, Burswood, and Joondalup: making it the largest independent operator in WA. Liberty offers a range of private offices, co-working space, corporate solutions, meeting rooms and virtual office services in prestigious and convenient locations across Perth Metro.
Felix RE
Felix RE is hybrid commercial real estate company that connect the dots between flexible workspaces and conventional leases, helping businesses of all sizes to navigate
their commercial real estate journey.
As a tenant representative, we help businesses source and negotiate commercial leases. We can also help with design, fit-out, procurement, and project management together with offering a range of optional ongoing support services.
